What is a Personal Trainer?
A personal trainer is an qualified exercise instructor or sports coach with experience in all aspects of general health, exercise programming, diet and weight management, injury prevention and rehabilitation. They can have specialist skills such as pre/post natal exercises or exercises for seniors.
A personal Trainer can prescribe and conduct safe and effective exercise programmes for people with health problems such as diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity and chronic back pain.
As Personal Trainers of " Patsy White Fitness" all Personal Trainers are required to carry current professional insurance and an up to date First Aid certificate.
