Dynamic Toning (90 mins)

Improve balance, flexibility, muscle tone, relaxation, lean stretching techniques to help injuries, improve posture and reduce stress levels. Soothe your mind.

This is a 12 week programme. Block booking, yoga mat and towel are required. (small class of 10-15)

Balls, Bands & Body Conditioning (60 mins)

Functional balls, bands and body conditioning workshop
12 weeks of fit ball, bands and pilates exercises

Total Body Conditioning (45-60 mins)

The body bar incorporates weights into an athletic pre-choreographed workout appeals to men and women, from beginners to conditioned athletes. Working every major muscle group in the body.

1 or 2 body bars and dumbells of varying weights are required.
